Welcome to Safe Haven Austin, where your unique qualities
are discovered, embraced and celebrated!

The name Safe Haven comes from the idea that
when you feel safe, accepted and supported for exactly who you are,
previously unknown potential will begin to reveal itself.

Safe Haven therapy emerged from the experienced reality that certain populations are too often silenced into submission and conformity by those who misunderstand them. Safe Haven exists to provide acceptance and collaborative support to these groups, including but not limited to those who have extrasensory experiences (hearing voices, seeing visions, etc.), psychosis, bipolar, dissociation/repressed memories, those who resonate with the term highly sensitive person (HSP), and those who feel they are experiencing spiritual emergency/spiritual crisis.

Become all you are meant to be at Safe Haven.

Listen HERE as I discuss my crisis experience of 2008-2009,  with Janis Underwood of Dying with Grandpa, the effects of the crisis, and how it informs my work presently as a transpersonal therapist.
